Like most specialty providers, I do not participate with any insurance plans. Paying out-of-pocket for therapy is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility.
However, if you have out-of-network benefits and would like to use them, I can provide a monthly superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current challenges, history, and goals to understand how I can best support you. This is also a great time for you to ask me any questions and get a feel for how I can show up for you!

I typically see my clients on a weekly or biweekly basis. I like to suggest committing to a weekly schedule, at least for the first 4 weeks, until you and I are both comfortable with the progress you are making. Then, I may suggest you decrease sessions as needed.
When it comes to how long you’ll be in therapy, it’s all about what works best for you. Some clients prefer a short-term approach and others are here to create a long-term therapeutic relationship.

Yes, therapy sessions are confidential, but there are some limits to that confidentiality. In Georgia, mental health professionals are required to report any suspected child abuse or neglect, elder abuse, or threats of harm to oneself or others. Confidentiality may also be compromised if a court issues a subpoena for records or if there’s a duty to warn or protect someone from imminent harm.

I offer therapy exclusively online for any pregnant and postpartum moms located throughout Georgia. Virtual sessions are held through Sessions Health, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform so you can get support from the comfort of your home—no commuting, no childcare juggling, no stress. You deserve support that fits into your real life.
Please note, you must be located in Georgia at the time of your session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee. However, if you reschedule for another time within the same week, there will be no charge.
If you no show, you will be charged the full session fee.

That’s why I offer low-key, no-pressure discovery calls. It’s just a chance to talk, feel things out, and see if this feels like a good fit for you. No awkward sales pitch. Just real conversation, and space to trust your gut.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. Please be advised, your fee may change depending on the number of sessions you actually attend. Services outside of standard therapy may have an associated extra cost. Please refer to our Practice Policies for a complete list of fees and services.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
