Therapy for Moms Navigating Postpartum and Motherhood in Georgia
Specializing in Postpartum Anxiety, Invisible Load, Overwhelm & Burnout, Mom Rage, and Childhood Trauma
If You’re Anything Like Me, You’ve Had Moments Where You’ve Thought…
“I love my baby, but I don’t love myself right now.”
“I’m drained, but everyone expects me to keep going.”
“I wish someone could see the real me, not just the mom I show the world.”
“I feel like I’m repeating the same patterns I experienced growing up.”
“I wish I could stop overthinking every little thing.”
“I feel like I’m losing myself in motherhood.”
“I want to be a good mom, but I’m terrified I’m not enough.”
“I snap at my kid and immediately hate myself for it.”
Things don’t have to stay this way..
You’re not failing. You’re carrying too much—your kids’ needs, your partner’s expectations, the mental load no one talks about, and the weight of your own past. From the outside, you might look like you’ve got it together. Inside? You might feel stretched thin, frustrated, or completely unseen.
You’re burned out. Angry. Overwhelmed. Maybe you snap at your child and hate yourself for it, or resent your partner for taking on more of the load. Old family patterns and past trauma sneak in at the worst moments. You’re exhausted from trying to do it all perfectly, while still wanting to be the mom you hoped you’d be.
This is therapy for moms who feel like the weight of motherhood is crushing them. Together, we’ll help you manage overwhelm, process trauma, release guilt, navigate mom rage, and reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been buried under all the responsibility. You can parent authentically—and still be you.
HI BESTIES, I’M JASMINE!
The journey to motherhood is MESSY, beautiful, confusing, and exhausting all at once
I’m a therapist and a mom, so I know firsthand how overwhelming this season can be. I support women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the messy, beautiful chaos of motherhood—especially when anxiety, sadness, mood swings, or emotional overload make things feel harder than expected. And when old wounds from childhood or past trauma resurface in motherhood? It’s a lot. I’m here to help you make sense of it all and start finding real relief.
I don’t shy away from the hard stuff. I bring real talk, dark humor, and a loving call-out when you need it. Together, we’ll unpack what’s weighing you down, explore patterns that aren’t serving you, and build coping tools that actually work for your life. My style is rooted in compassion, honesty, and authenticity—so you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.

Here’s Exactly What You Can Expect When We Begin..
1. Consult Call..
Take that first step by scheduling a free 15-minute consult. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we’ll get to know each other, answer your questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
2. Intake..
If you move forward, you’ll schedule your first session and fill out simple paperwork to share your story and goals. The intake session is where we’ll discuss these and create a personalized plan in a supportive, judgment-free space.
3. Weekly Sessions..
We’ll meet for weekly 50 minute sessions. Our work isn’t about quick tips that fade by tomorrow — it’s about digging into the real stuff so you can actually feel lighter and more grounded in motherhood.
4. Long Lasting Change..
Over time, you’ll notice it: setting boundaries feels easier, self-doubt quiets down, and you start reclaiming your sense of self-worth and connection — both with yourself and your family.

Like most specialty providers, I do not participate with any insurance plans. Paying out-of-pocket for therapy is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility.
However, if you have out-of-network benefits and would like to use them, I can provide a monthly superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current challenges, history, and goals to understand how I can best support you. This is also a great time for you to ask me any questions and get a feel for how I can show up for you!

I typically see my clients on a weekly or biweekly basis. I suggest committing to a weekly schedule, at least for the first 4 weeks, until you and I are both comfortable with the progress you are making. Then, I may suggest you decrease sessions as needed.
When it comes to how long you’ll be in therapy, it’s all about what works best for you. Some clients prefer a short-term approach and others are here to create a long-term therapeutic relationship.

Yes, therapy sessions are confidential, but there are some limits to that confidentiality. In Georgia, mental health professionals are required to report any suspected child abuse or neglect, elder abuse, or threats of harm to oneself or others. Confidentiality may also be compromised if a court issues a subpoena for records or if there’s a duty to warn or protect someone from imminent harm.
