Therapy is an investment in you! Into your well-being, your sense of self, and the mom and human you’re becoming.

The work we do together is consistent, intentional, and designed to create real, lasting shifts. My rates reflect the care, training, and expertise I bring — and the commitment we both make weekly to showing up fully, because investing in yourself now means a healthier, calmer, more confident you later

Private Pay Fees

Weekly Therapy (50 minutes): $175

This is intentional, relational therapy for moms who are ready to stop feeling stuck or overwhelmed — and start reclaiming space for themselves, their emotions, and their family. As an out of network provider, I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill to clients who are interested in seeking reiumbursement from their insurance company.

Healing Intensive (2 hours) – $400

This 2-hour focused session is designed for deep, transformative work. It’s perfect for trauma processing, EMDR, or addressing patterns that keep showing up in your motherhood journey. In one powerful session, we create space to process, release, and gain clarity, helping you feel lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to yourself.

This is your healing journey—you’re in charge of who walks with you.

That’s why I offer low-key, no-pressure discovery calls. It’s just a chance to talk, feel things out, and see if this feels like a good fit for you. No awkward sales pitch. Just real conversation, and space to trust your gut.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. Please be advised, your fee may change depending on the number of sessions you actually attend. Services outside of standard therapy may have an associated extra cost. Please refer to our Practice Policies for a complete list of fees and services.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
